SUBMISSIONS AND PROPOSALS

(Because of all the silly litigation out there these days, our mean and nasty lawyers made us do this):

            Gamecock Media Group will not accept unsolicited game idea submissions (electronically or otherwise). Unsolicited materials will not be returned unless mailed with an enclosed self addressed and stamped envelope. We do encourage contact from any and all game developers. For any matters concerning game development you must first review, sign and return our Non-Disclosure Agreement which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Once you have returned a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement to us, please send us a brief introduction to your company, the projects it has worked on, your complete contact information and materials related to the proposed project.

            No purported reservation of rights incorporated or accompanying any submission shall have any force or effect. All of the terms and conditions of our Non-Disclosure Agreement and the “Legal Disclaimers and Terms of Use” (which can be viewed by clicking on the links below) apply to any submissions made by you.  Gamecock Media Group disclaims any liability that in any way relates or emanates from submissions made inconsistent with the terms of the “Legal Disclaimers and Terms of Use”.  By submitting any materials to us you agree to be bound by the Legal Disclaimers, Terms of Use and the Non-Disclosure Agreement referenced above.  By making a submission to Gamecock Media Group you hereby agree to all of the foregoing.
